Vacuum grippers are considered the current standard of grasping automation due to their incredible performance, scalability, and simple design. However, these advantages come at a cost: high energy consumption, noise, bulky infrastructure, and frequent maintenance. We envision a future where our technology becomes the new standard by replacing vacuum grippers with a fully electric, silent, solid-state, and extremely energy efficient gripper.
Our mission is to make grasping automation fully electric and more efficient. By delivering electroadhesive grippers built to be retrofitted in existing machines and enabling industrial automation to be more sustainable and cost effective.
Unlike standard vacuum suction cups our technology lift objects using electroadhesion. A radically new approach that enables grasping from the top without the need of vacuum. Electroadhesion is a universal principle that works with any type of materials enabling fast and reliable grasping across a wide range of sectors.
