During the EasieGrasp project, we will refine the membranes, electrodes, and high-voltage electronics at the heart of the grippers to ensure that electroadhesive suction cups can compete directly with pneumatic cups in high-throughput environments.
We will integrate real-time sensing of object approach, contact, grasp stability, and release. The rich sensing information processed by dedicated algorithms will transforms the EASCs into grippers with “Grasping Intelligence
We will design and prototype three tailored families of grippers, each aligned with a pilot use case: packaging production, automotive assembly and logistics.
We will move beyond laboratory prototypes to demonstrate performance directly with our three industrial partners in real production conditions, generating operational data on speed, reliability, and cost savings.
Want to improve your grasping process? Looking for a new gripper that is compact, energy-efficient, silent and untethered? Reach out to discuss your use cases and requirements. We will find a solution for you!
